Finance And Accounting (FT) Honolulu - DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING

The Director of Finance & Accounting will effectively utilize and leverage existing systems and technology for continuous improvement in all aspects of the Company to drive efficiencies in staffing, staffing costs and all aspects of customer service delivery.  

Financial Responsibilities

Leads all accounting and financial functions required to properly manage business segments.

  • Prepares revenue and expense budgets, forecasts and variance analyses
  • Leads month-end and year-end close, reconciliation, and inventory
  • Prepares financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Prepares and provides routine and ad hoc reports as required by leadership
  • Prepares profitability analyses
  • Manages cash position, borrowings, and bank compliance reporting

  • Reports on financial impact of insurance costs and claims to facilitate development of strategies to mitigate costs and improve customer service/operational efficiency
  • Ensures effective financial controls are in place for all financial transactions to include purchase order approvals, petty cash, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable

Human Resources (FT) Honolulu - HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

The Human Resources Director must be an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of all HR related matters.

Primary Duties

  • Develops organizational strategies by identifying and researching HR issues, contributing information, analysis and recommendations to Executive Leadership.
  • Oversees creation and implementation of policies, procedures, and HR programs, including training employees, managers and HR staff.

  • Ensure order is labeled correctly.
