Account Executive - P&G Division (KONA)
Summary - The Account Executive is responsible for representing Proctor & Gamble Webco Hawaii. This position is the liaison between the retailers and Webco and is also responsible for driving sales through store level activities such as identifying operational replenishment issues, assisting with merchandising daily deliveries, identifying incremental sales opportunities and supporting divisional marketing promotions.
Primary duties and functions - Sales - build and maintain relationships in stores with all levels of management and personnel.
Operations - Assist with merchandising daily deliveries, identify opportunities or issues in replenishment, prioritize and assess workload daily workload to ensure all required task is completed.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; 3 years experience in sales or similar environment. Must be self-motivated, organizational and time management skills and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Sales Representative - Snack Team
- Increase sales volume by identifying and addressing distribution and replenishment issues.
- Drive promotional sales b6y suggest quantities needed and request secondary display activity. Aid in inventory control by identifying incremental sales opportunities.
- Maintain distribution integrity (ensure all authorized items are in distribution in accordance with client's shelf standards with appropriate signage.
- Foster customer relationships with store teams and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with customer seasonal set ups and scheduled resets when applicable.
- Communicate all competitive activity and necessary client information to supervisor as necessary.
- Provide all administrative requirements on a timely basis (store orders, call reports, store audits, mileage reports, etc.)

Supply Chain Coordinator
- Ordering of manufacturer lines based on available inventory and current movement, with special attention to special ads, promotions, conversions, retail locations.
- Tracks all orders to ensure factory receipt of order, order processing and order fulfillment. Follow-up with manufacturer for any shortfall in order fulfillment.
- Track containers from factory to port and from port to Webco warehouses.
- Monitor "out of stocks", "discontinues" daily.
- Create, maintain, monitor, analyze and adjust spreadsheets and files to ensure fill rates at minimum of 97%.
- Partner with BDM/BD on maintaining sufficient inbound flow of inventory for 97% fulfillment while maintaining a low volume of slow movers and analyze ad forecast for variances and retail non-fulfillment.
- Communicate with BDM to maintain updated information on product lines, order timing and inventory levels.
- Communicate with warehouse supervisors to update actual inventories and flow of product arrivals into respective warehouse.
- May be required to perform additional duties assigned by supervisor.

- Normally 40 hours, Monday -Friday, 8 hours a day. Some Saturdays, Sundays, and overtime work may be scheduled.

Information Support Specialist
- Work with BDM, Sales Representatives and Customer Service to address bad price/bad items and work with BDM to identify a substitute and delivery discrepancies. Address issues in the field directed to items.
- Portal maintenance which includes price changes, correction, conversion changes/corrections.
- Issuing all company equipment assigned to employees as required and maintain their records. Solve any issues and repairs regarding the company equipment.
- Tag each equipment with property identification tag.
- Maintain all communication equipment (i.e. copiers, faxes, phones, printers, ipads, and scanners).
- Responsible for employee I.D. badges and employee picture files.
- Be able to install, computers, and move equipment as needed.
- Assist employees with any computer problems or issues as they arise
- Must posses good verbal and written communication skills
- Team player willing to assist others, be acceptable to change and able to work efficiently and accurately on their own as well as be able to multi-task.
- Strong basic computer knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- College degree in computer sciences or business or 5 years of experience in computer operations.
- Must be flexible in switching work schedules between the early and late start shifts (if asked).
- Able to work at our Mokumoa Warehouse and our Komohana Warehouse as required.

Operations: Warehouse (FT) Honolulu – QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST
- Ensure order is labeled correctly.
- Ensure that the carton count, items, and quantities for each order is accurate.
- Maintain and update UPC changes. Ex: linking new and current inventory.
- Communicate discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor or manager.
- Prepare daily audit report on daily discrepancies and email to Operation Team.
- One year warehouse experience in inventory or process audit.
- Proficient in MS Office Programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must pass a required pre-employment drug test.
- Operate forklift, order pickers (operating heights up to 25 feet), pallet jacks, uses hand truck, scanners and standard safety equipment
- Must be able to assist in yearly physical inventory at the end of March.
- May be required to work in alternate warehouses of perform additional duties assigned by supervisor.

Warehouse Supervisor - (Komohana and Mokumoa Warehouses)
- Conduct daily team meetings to plan and executes daily production of warehouse activities through managing and monitoring staff assignments and performance.
- Ensures incoming freight is stored in assigned rack positions, operating forklift or pickers as required.
- Upon completion of pick list, responsible for delivering products to Consolidators in designated staging areas.
- Trains and supervises warehouse personnel to achieve 100% accuracy in pulls.
- Notifies various department of NIS (not in stock) items.
- Communicates daily with Day and Night Warehouse Managers to achieve stocking, pulling, fill rate and inventory goals.
- Prepare equipment and vehicles for use, which includes regularly checking operating condition and performs routine inspection of mechanical equipment.
- Maintains a clean, orderly and safe warehouse.
- Performs other related warehouse duties as may be required or assigned.
- May be required to supervise and be responsible for alternate warehouses.
- Maintains security in yard and areas in and around warehouses as required.
- Able to conduct verbal conversation and hear normal verbal conversation and hear verbal conversation (approximately 60 decibels).

Operations: Warehouse (PT/FT) - Kapolei - PULLER
Performs stocking, pulling, and count verification. Packing and loading of various products for shipment.
Primary Duties
- Daily - must be able to complete pulling of customer orders.
- May be required to work up to 4 hours of overtime in a shift.
- Must be available to assist with annual physical inventory that is normally conducted during the last two weekends in March.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
- One year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Operate forklift, pallet jacks, wrappers, and hand truck
Operations: Warehouse (FT) - Kapolei - RECEIVING CLERK
Perform receipt, breakdown, accountability and paperwork of incoming inventory. Accountability in terms of method, quality, and quantity of production.
Primary Duties
- Verifies shipment accuracy by unpacking containers, inspecting condition of products, verifying packing slips and note any discrepancies.
- Assists in moving verified inventory to respective warehouse.
- Maintains a clean and orderly Receiving area as well the yard, and areas in and around warehouse.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- May be required to work in alternate warehouse.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Be able to lift 60 lbs. unassisted.
- Able to work at various elevated heights.
- Able to operate a forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanner.
Warehouse Support (Receiver, Material Handler, Puller, Consolidator)
- Ensures incoming freight is scanned into and put away in primary or back up pallet positions, operating forklift or pickers as required.
- Ensures products are pulled on a timely basis, using scanning devices operating with warehouse management system, operating forklift or pickers as required.
- Follows established procedures notifying supervisor of (NIS) not in stock items.
- Prepare equipment and vehicles for use; includes regularly checking equipment ensuring that they are in operating condition. Perform routine inspection of equipment.
- Maintains a clean and orderly area in and around warehouse.
- Performs duties as required or assigned.
- May be required to work in alternate warehouses or other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Must be available to year end annual inventory (at the end of March).
- Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Able to sit or stand for sustained periods of time. Able to climb slopes, stairs, ramps and ladders.
- Able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds frequently. Able to push and pull equipment weighing up to 80 pounds.
- Able to work in a wide range of temperatures.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- One year of warehouse experience in storing and pulling orders, including the operation of scanning devices or voice directed picking systems,
- Certified on the safe and correct operations of forklift and picker preferred.
- Day, evening, overnight and weekend, shifts available starting at 6:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m., or 9:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday and/or Monday through Friday. Must be flexible and able to work overtime as necessary. Work schedule may vary, depending on warehouse location.
