Administration: Finance & Accounting (FT) Honolulu – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE PROCESSOR

Responsible for a variety of accounts receivable and research activities; such as advertising claims, processing manufacturers bill backs and researching invoice discrepancies. It requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate in person, on the phone, fax, email, and internet. Primary Duties
  • Process advertising claims and requests for advertising checks.
  • Reconciling advertising fund logs, advertising claims to manufacturers bill backs, and market monthly statements (Foodland, Times, KTA, Don Quijote).
  • Monthly bill backs – damages, off invoice allowance, military roll-ups, and price variance allowances.
  • Research manufacturers requests.
  Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), must be able to operate 10-key by touch and type 40 wpm.
  • At least one year of Accounts Receivable of Office Accounting experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, self-starter, responsible, and dependable.

Customer Service Administrator (Snack Team)

The Customer Service Administrator for the (Snack Team) supports the Snack Team Leader, and Business Managers in the area of administrative functions; 
distribution of order processing.  Requiring order confirmation to customer, communications regarding case cuts and code date issues and backorders.

Primary Duties:
Confirm and validates, follow-up, verify, process orders through Customer Service.  Communicate with customers regarding their orders.
Accrue and monitor credit, deductions, sales, claims and follow-up with customer.
Weekly updates on MARS Special PK - shipper grid as well as update on Promo Tracker.
Send out price changes, coordinate with warehouse staff in granting approval for additional delivery dates to accommodate large seasonal orders.

Requirements:
High School or GED equivalent diploma.
3 to 5 years in retail or wholesale business accounting.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and able to prioritize daily workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically EXCEL, ten-key by touch.
Team player and willing to assist others when needed.

Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced and high-energy Sales Director.  Whose primary function is to accelerate the growth of sales.  Define and execute appropriate sales strategies, business development, marketing, technical, operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability. PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Generating and submitting RSPs and related sales documents, collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implement a sales plan to drive revenue growth.  Attend key events to cultivate strategic partnerships.
  • Supervise Business Managers as they implement national sales plans, marketing strategies and analyze trends and results.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, developing performance monitoring and mentoring of Business Managers.
  • Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication.

Operations: Warehouse (PT/FT) Honolulu, Kapolei - CONSOLIDATOR

(Multiple shifts and locations available. When applying, please indicate which location and shift you are applying for.) Responsible for consolidation, count verification, packing and loading of consumer products for shipment to customers. Primary Duties
  • Responsible to load appropriate delivery trucks for on-time performance.
  • Ensure job assignments are completed on a timely basis and 100% accuracy.
  • May be required to work in alternate warehouses or perform additional duties as required/or assigned.
  • Able to exhibit full range of motion for shoulder, external rotation and internal rotation, elbow flexion and extension, back, hip knee flexion and extension.
  • Work hours vary by warehouse assigned, overtime may be scheduled.
  • Conduct verbal conversation, understand written and oral instructions.
  • Must be available to assist with annual physical inventory that is normally conducted during the last two weekends in March.
  Requirements

  • One year of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Operate forklift, pallet jacks, wrappers, and hand truck.

Operations: Warehouse (PT/FT) Honolulu, Kapolei - PULLER

Performs stocking, pulling, and count verification.  Packing and loading of various products for shipment.

Primary Duties

  • Daily - must be able to complete pulling of customer orders.
  • May be required to work up to 4 hours of overtime in a shift.
  • Must be available to assist with annual physical inventory that is normally conducted during the last two weekends in March.

  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • One year of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Operate forklift, pallet jacks, wrappers, and hand truck

Operations: Warehouse (FT) Honolulu, Kapolei - RECEIVING CLERK

Perform receipt, breakdown, accountability and paperwork of incoming inventory.  Accountability in terms of method, quality, and quantity of production.

Primary Duties

  • Verifies shipment accuracy by unpacking containers, inspecting condition of products, verifying packing slips and note any discrepancies.
  • Assists in moving verified inventory to respective warehouse.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly Receiving area as well the yard, and areas in and around warehouse.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • May be required to work in alternate warehouse.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Be able to lift 60 lbs. unassisted.
  • Able to work at various elevated heights.
  • Able to operate a forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanner.
