Account Executive - P&G Division (KONA)

Summary - The Account Executive is responsible for representing Proctor & Gamble Webco Hawaii.  This position is the liaison between the retailers and Webco and is also responsible for driving sales through store level activities such as identifying operational replenishment issues, assisting with merchandising daily deliveries, identifying incremental sales opportunities and supporting divisional marketing promotions.

Primary duties and functions - Sales - build and maintain relationships in stores with all levels of management and personnel.

Operations - Assist with merchandising daily deliveries, identify opportunities or issues in replenishment, prioritize and assess workload daily workload to ensure all required task is completed.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; 3 years experience in sales or similar environment.  Must be self-motivated, organizational and time management skills and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Requirements - must take and pass a drug test, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and use of personal vehicle to travel to clients.  Ability to use technology (i.e. mobile devices and computers), proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word).  Able to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.  Must be able to work on weekends and occasionally trave.

   

 

Sales Representative (H) - MAUI

The Sales Representative is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to assure client standards are met and volume is increased. Primary duties and functions: Increase sales volume by addressing distribution voids and out of stock issues.  Assure all new items authorized by the buyer get out into store distribution via approved planogram.  When booking ad orders, suggest quantities needed and request secondary display activity.  Push close-outs where possible. Core-Retail Sales and Merchandising:  Distribution, ensure that all authorized products are in distribution and all have price tags, fix distribution voids, pull product out from back rooms to fill distribution voids, and they should know the status of  back stock.  Communicate to Supplier Reps on Out of Stocks and Distribution Voids.  Ensure that all accounts in assigned territory are being called upon.  Respond to customer issues. Communication, physical and mental demands:  Abe to lift 50 pounds for retail resets. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, must be flexible. Skills / knowledge:  Knowledge of general MS Office 365, able to use an iPad, self-directed and able to work independently with little or no supervision.  Strong organization skills, be able to manage time efficiently. Education:  High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or marketing or similar work environment. Work hours: 40 + hours per week, be willing to work extended hours when necessary and periodically accommodate Client or customer's appointment or conference calls. Other requirements:  Provide a clean driver's abstract, valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.  Use of personal car, mileage will be reimbursed. Operations: Warehouse (PT/FT) - Kapolei - PULLER

(Multiple shifts and locations available. When applying, please indicate which location and shift you are applying for.)

Performs stocking, pulling, and count verification.  Packing and loading of various products for shipment.

Primary Duties

  • Daily - must be able to complete pulling of customer orders.
  • May be required to work up to 4 hours of overtime in a shift.
  • Must be available to assist with annual physical inventory that is normally conducted during the last two weekends in March.
 

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • One year of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Operate forklift, pallet jacks, wrappers, and hand truck

Operations: Warehouse (FT) - Kapolei - RECEIVING CLERK

Perform receipt, breakdown, accountability and paperwork of incoming inventory.  Accountability in terms of method, quality, and quantity of production.

Primary Duties

  • Verifies shipment accuracy by unpacking containers, inspecting condition of products, verifying packing slips and note any discrepancies.
  • Assists in moving verified inventory to respective warehouse.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly Receiving area as well the yard, and areas in and around warehouse.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • May be required to work in alternate warehouse.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Be able to lift 60 lbs. unassisted.
  • Able to work at various elevated heights.
  • Able to operate a forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanner.
