Administration: Finance & Accounting (FT) Honolulu – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE PROCESSOR

Responsible for a variety of accounts receivable and research activities; such as advertising claims, processing manufacturers bill backs and researching invoice discrepancies. It requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate in person, on the phone, fax, email, and internet. Primary Duties
  • Process advertising claims and requests for advertising checks.
  • Reconciling advertising fund logs, advertising claims to manufacturers bill backs, and market monthly statements (Foodland, Times, KTA, Don Quijote).
  • Monthly bill backs – damages, off invoice allowance, military roll-ups, and price variance allowances.
  • Research manufacturers requests.
  Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), must be able to operate 10-key by touch and type 40 wpm.
  • At least one year of Accounts Receivable of Office Accounting experience preferred.

Customer Service Administrator (Snack Team)

The Customer Service Administrator for the (Snack Team) supports the Snack Team Leader, and Business Managers in the area of administrative functions; 
distribution of order processing.  Requiring order confirmation to customer, communications regarding case cuts and code date issues and backorders.

Primary Duties:
Confirm and validates, follow-up, verify, process orders through Customer Service.  Communicate with customers regarding their orders.
Accrue and monitor credit, deductions, sales, claims and follow-up with customer.
Weekly updates on MARS Special PK - shipper grid as well as update on Promo Tracker.
Send out price changes, coordinate with warehouse staff in granting approval for additional delivery dates to accommodate large seasonal orders.

Requirements:
High School or GED equivalent diploma.
3 to 5 years in retail or wholesale business accounting.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and able to prioritize daily workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically EXCEL, ten-key by touch.
Team player and willing to assist others when needed.

Data Entry Processor I, II

Summary of position:
This position facilitates the smooth operations of the Company's systems applications daily.  The position also provides back-up support for all Information 
System department team members.

Primary Duties and functions:
Sales Order Entry
Terminal Control - end of day processing.
Work with Business Develop Managers (BDM) and Sales staff to create and process reports.
Assist Information Systems staff in performing their tasks. Provide daily support recurring functions.
Manages Printronix Printer (ordering supplies and any repair issues).

Requirements:
1 to 2 years of computer operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Email, Word and Excel)
Able to sit for long periods of time.

Operations: Warehouse (PT/FT) Honolulu, Kapolei - CONSOLIDATOR

(Multiple shifts and locations available. When applying, please indicate which location and shift you are applying for.) Responsible for consolidation, count verification, packing and loading of consumer products for shipment to customers. Primary Duties
  • Responsible to load appropriate delivery trucks for on-time performance.
  • Ensure job assignments are completed on a timely basis and 100% accuracy.
  • May be required to work in alternate warehouses or perform additional duties as required/or assigned.
  • Able to exhibit full range of motion for shoulder, external rotation and internal rotation, elbow flexion and extension, back, hip knee flexion and extension.

  • Must be available to assist with annual physical inventory that is normally conducted during the last two weekends in March.

Operations: Warehouse (FT) Honolulu - OPERATIONS ADMIN & SAFETY COORDINATOR

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Safety Administrative Coordinator provides general administrative support and participates in the execution of safety and health initiatives for all Webco personnel. Under the direction of the VP of Operations and Safety Committee, the incumbent administers corporate safety and health programs and objectives and coordinates safety training programs. In addition, the Safety Administrative Coordinator manages all claims processing – auto, property, general liability, and worker’s compensation – for the Company and liaises across all applicable parties to include Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Operations, and third-party insurance brokers, agents, and carriers.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

Safety Responsibilities

Under the direction of the VP of Operations and Safety Committee, the incumbent administers corporate safety and health programs and objectives and coordinates safety training programs to include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:  

  • Prepares and oversees development of policies and procedures
  • Prepares applicable correspondence and reports ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of information and compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Performs research and compiles information and or recaps
  • Administers and coordinates health and safety programs (maintenance of forklift certification records, other safety training records, internal safety inspection logs, accident/incident/near miss documents/tracking, safety supplies, Hazardous Material compliance, restricted DEA controlled item procedures/compliance, etc.)
  • Coordinates Health and Safety meeting logistics, agendas, and recording of minutes as necessary
  • Collaborates with others (internal and external) in order to carry out Health and Safety objectives.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Distribution and Transportation Manager, manages driver records, training, and licensing in accordance with Department of Transportation and other applicable requirements.
 

Claims Responsibilities

Manages all claims processing for the Company which includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Serves as the internal point of contact for all claims (auto, property, general liability, and worker’s compensation) to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting to the applicable parties (both internal and external)
  • Liaises across all applicable parties to include Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Operations, and third-party insurance brokers, agents, and carriers
  • Reports on financial impact of insurance costs and claims to facilitate development of strategies to mitigate costs and improve customer service/operational efficiency
 

General Administrative Support Responsibilities

Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support which includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Handles executives’ requests and queries appropriately working on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive’s working life and communication.
  • Produces information (reports, presentations, and briefs) by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Acts as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.

  • Verifies shipment accuracy by unpacking containers, inspecting condition of products, verifying packing slips and note any discrepancies.
  • Assists in moving verified inventory to respective warehouse.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly Receiving area as well the yard, and areas in and around warehouse.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Be able to lift 60 lbs. unassisted.

Sales: Snack Team (FT) Oahu, Maui - SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Sales Representatives are responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory and adhering to suggested frequency and call times.

Primary Duties

  • Increase sales volume through promotional activity by selling and building displays, creating themes with related items to support holidays and special promotional events, assist with resets, and make planogram adjustments when necessary.
  • Write orders, achieve all accounts quotas, build displays, assist with resets, etc.

Sales: Walmart Team (PT) Oahu - SALES MERCHANDISER

The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for servicing retail accounts within an assigned territory to assure clients standards are met and volume is increased.

Primary Duties

  • Client objectives—distribution, POS, and display merchandising.
  • Ensure that our products are tagged, rotated, set to modular, and free of damage and outdated product.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or other manager related to the position or department.
