Operations: Warehouse (PT/FT) Honolulu, Kapolei - CONSOLIDATOR

(Multiple shifts and locations available. When applying, please indicate which location and shift you are applying for.) Responsible for consolidation, count verification, packing and loading of consumer products for shipment to customers.     Primary Duties
  • Responsible to load appropriate delivery trucks for on-time performance.
  • Ensure job assignments are completed on a timely basis and 100% accuracy.
  • May be required to work in alternate warehouses or perform additional duties as required/or assigned.
  • Able to exhibit full range of motion for shoulder, external rotation and internal rotation, elbow flexion and extension, back, hip knee flexion and extension.
  • Work hours vary by warehouse assigned, overtime may be scheduled.
  • Conduct verbal conversation, understand written and oral instructions.
  • Must be available to assist with annual physical inventory that is normally conducted during the last two weekends in March.
  Requirements

Operations: Warehouse (PT/FT) Honolulu, Kapolei - PULLER

(Multiple shifts and locations available. When applying, please indicate which location and shift you are applying for.) Performs stocking, pulling, and count verification.  Packing and loading of various products for shipment.     Primary Duties
  • Daily - must be able to complete pulling of customer orders.
  • May be required to work up to 4 hours of overtime in a shift.
  • Must be available to assist with annual physical inventory that is normally conducted during the last two weekends in March.
  Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED).

Operations: Warehouse (FT) Honolulu/Kapolei – QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Performs internal audits on customer orders and various processes throughout the distribution centers, measuring accuracy and productivity of audits, effectively communicating with and coaching associates and teams that you support.     Primary Duties
  • Ensure order is labeled correctly.
  • Ensure that the carton count, items, and quantities for each order is accurate.
  • Maintain and update UPC changes. Ex: linking new and current inventory.
  • Communicate discrepancies with the puller, monitor and address discrepancies, focus on standard operating processes and positive reinforcement.
  • Communicate discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor or manager.
  • Prepare daily audit report on daily discrepancies and email to Operation Team.
  Requirements
  • One year warehouse experience in inventory or process audit.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • May be required to work in alternate warehouses or perform additional duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Operates forklift, order pickers (operating heights up to 25 feet), pallet jacks, uses hand truck, scanners and standard safety equipment.
  • Be able to lift up to 60 pounds unassisted.
  • Must be able to assist in yearly physical inventory at the end of March.

Operations: Warehouse (FT) Honolulu, Kapolei - RECEIVING CLERK

(Multiple shifts and locations available. When applying, please indicate which location and shift you are applying for.) Perform receipt, breakdown, accountability and paperwork of incoming inventory.  Accountability in terms of method, quality, and quantity of production.     Primary Duties
  • Verifies shipment accuracy by unpacking containers, inspecting condition of products, verifying packing slips and note any discrepancies.
  • Assists in moving verified inventory to respective warehouse.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly Receiving area as well the yard, and areas in and around warehouse.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • May be required to work in alternate warehouse.
  Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Be able to lift 60 lbs. unassisted.
  • Able to work at various elevated heights.
  • Able to operate a forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanner.

Sales: Broker Team (FT) Maui - SALES MERCHANDISER

The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to assure clients standards are met and volume is increased.  They also assist in training new Sales Merchandisers as needed.     Primary Duties
  • Revenue Budget Achievement—retail and store coverage focusing on getting new items to shelf.
  • Increase sales volume through promotional activity, displays, creating themes with related items, support holidays and special events, assist with resets and making plan-o-gram when necessary.
  • Manage store level expenses—report excessive overages and damages.
  • Ensure that our products are tagged, rotated, set to modular and free of damages and outdated product.
  • Communicate all competitive activity to supervisor.
  • Forecast Planning—achieve all objectives set for current store and set new objectives for next store call.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  Requirements
  • High School graduate or GED. College degree helpful but not required.
  • 5+years work experience in applicable field (i.e. sales, marketing, customer contact).
  • Possess good verbal and written communications.
  • Organized and able to prioritize daily workload.
  • Able to multi-task.
 

Sales: Broker Team (FT) Honolulu - SPECIAL PROJECTS

This retail team member will assist retail accounts to complete Webco Special Projects to ensure maximum sales.     Primary Duties
  • Utilizing iPad to report and record any special projects that are completed.
  • Maintain JET project calendar and send calls to reps in a timely manner.
  • Be able to take clear photos and turn in paper projects on time.
  • Core distribution check for Mars Pet Care.
  • Executive bi-monthly POS and price audits for Altria.
  • Merchandising Clip Strips for Walmart.
  • Preparing new products to ensure that they are placed on the shelves as quickly as possible.
  • Checking code dates and rotate products for specific clients.
  • Implementing and executing account and clients resets.
  Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • One to two years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of general MS Office.
  • Able to use iPad for taking of surveys, photos, sending and receiving emails. (iPad is provided by the Company).

Sales: P&G Team (PT/FT) Oahu, Kauai - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Account Executives work closely with all Business Directors within assigned department, as well as Order Entry, Claims, Schematics, and Administrative Support Specialists to ensure that all client and customers standards are met.     Primary Duties
  • Responsible for making sales calls on a designated Customer.
  • Responsible for all servicing, merchandising, and selling to retail accounts within assigned territory.
  • Assist Business Directors in achieving the Company’s income and expense budgets.
  • Increase sales volume through promotional activity and by constantly suggesting and completing orders for new and out of stock items.

The Customer Service Administrator supports the Core Sales Business Development Managers (BDM) and Sales Representatives, ensuring all daily sales functions proceeds as required.     Primary Duties
  • Process manual customer orders and ad grids.
  • Resolve various account issues such as pricing and item alignment. Work with BDM to identify a substitute and communicate to accounts as required.
  • Work with Sales Representatives and stores.
  • Perform Customer Service duties (mail, deliveries, returns, employee orders, printer maintenance, and other duties as required.)
  Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of retail work experience in applicable field preferred.

The Customer Service Administrator—Data Specialist's primary duty is to support the Sales Team by ensuring all daily sales functions are processed as required.  This position may require you to work between multiple warehouse locations.     Primary Duties
  • Portal maintenance, price changes, and corrections.
  • Item conversion changes and corrections.
  • Maintain all data and validate the proper relationship of all data sources.
  • Work with BDM (Business Development Managers), Sales Representatives and stores, in addition to Customer Service and Logistics, to identify and address any issues.
  Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of office experience (preferably in the retail/wholesale business or accounting).
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Proven track record in problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
